Manually reconciling prices for each new project takes a lot of time. Thanks to the new connection in Eturnity Heating Expert, the prices of IGH manufacturers are always up to date without you having to follow up manually.
How do you subscribe to the price update feature for IGH manufacturers?
- Log in to Eturnity Heating Expert.
- Activate price update for selected IGH manufacturers in your settings under "Partner System" by subscribing to your desired manufacturers under collections:

You are automatically connected and must now trigger the first matching in the context menu (click on the three dots on the far right) by clicking on Switch to manual update.
- You can store your discounts per collection. These will be taken into account during the price updates. You can define the discount per subscription via the context menu (click on the three dots on the far right).
- You then switch back to automatic update and receive the prices automatically from now on.
How do I maintain the library of main components that I purchase from IGH manufacturers?
Eturnity ensures that the main components are maintained with the correct supplier number. The main components only need to be added once to the own library, so that they are then updated regarding the price.
How do I maintain the library of other components that I purchase from IGH manufacturers?
Please make sure that you store the supplier and the article number for other components to be updated using the new feature. This means, that for other components the supplier, i.e. the desired IGH manufacturer as well as the article number must be entered manually. The correct article number must be found on the corresponding website. If the supplier and the correct article number are stored, the other component will also be updated, if a corresponding synchronization element already exists.
How do I read the Excel sheet that I receive by email after the price update?
After the price update is done, you will receive an email with the attached Excel sheet that gives you information about the price update.
The "Report" column will show you, whether the component and its price were successfully updated, when "Success" is displayed.
If "No active Component found in Company Library" is noted, it means that this component is not yet present in your library and it must be added first.
