In principle, you need as many user accounts as there are people working with the Eturnity Solar Expert. This allows you to keep track of who has created or last worked on a project, delegate tasks and assign specific user roles.
User roles:
When creating new users, you can choose between three user roles:
Administrator:
- Can edit all projects
- can edit the library and thus define the cost prices, calculation surcharges and installation costs
-Components can be added/deleted
Project manager:
- can edit all projects
- can only view the library and therefore only sees the sales price of a component
- Components can neither be added nor deleted
User:
- can only view and edit projects in the project list for which the user is assigned as project manager
- can only view the library and therefore only sees the sales price of a component. Components can neither be added nor deleted
A new user can be requested via e-mail to support@eturnity.com. Our support team requires the following information:
- Last name
- First name
- e-mail address
- Telephone number
- User role
Project manager:
The project manager is always the person who creates the project in the Eturnity Solar Expert. A project reference (consecutive number) and a project name (surname of the project customer) are also assigned when the project is created.
These three pieces of information can be viewed in the project overview and can also be customized afterwards under "Project settings". If the project manager is changed, the new project manager receives a notification by e-mail.
Deal history:
Notes:
If several users are working within a project, they can exchange notes or publish additional information on the project under Deal history -> Notes.
Activities:
Under the Deal history -> Activities tab, you can assign specific tasks to individual users.
These tasks can be assigned a due date and a time frame.
If a new task is assigned to a user, or if the due date of a task passes without it being completed, the assigned user receives a notification by e-mail.
The activity overview lists all assigned tasks across all projects.
Here you can get an overview of tasks that are still open or have already been completed.
You can select a task in the list to switch directly to the Deal history of the associated project.
Open tasks can be marked as completed here or in the project under Deal history.
