These functions of the Eturnity Expert support you to offer even more efficiently: Groups, main component templates and project templates.
Groups help to group several components of the type Other components and add them to the bill of material with one click, as our example PV system standard shows (link to video).
-
Example of a group for a solar project: For example, you can create all "other components" that you always need for a standard PV project as a group.
- Example of a group for a heating project: In a heating project, for example, it is worth creating a group for the dismantling of an oil heating system:
Main component templates allow you to group a main component with an other component so that they always appear together on the quotation. For example, you can add different battery storage units directly to the offer together with the installation services (link to video).
-
Example of a main component template for solar projects: When planning certain PV systems, it makes sense to equip PV modules with one power optimiser per module. A main component template is useful in this context. Each time the PV module JA Solar - JAM72S10-410 is used in a project, the main component template can be applied, then the position of the power optimiser is added to the bill of materials.
- Example of a main component template for heating projects: In this example, a new template incl. accessories was created. If the Windhager - BioWIN2 012 is now selected as a new heating system in a heating project and the main component template is applied, both other components "Installation heating" and "Accessories storage" are automatically added to the bill of materials.
Project templates are similar to sample offers. You can create PV systems that are often repeated as a project template and in this way directly preselect all when planning a new project in the Eturnity Expert (link to video).
Our tip:
If a component such as a PV module or a battery storage unit is not yet available, you can send the data sheet directly to support@eturnity.com. You will receive a prompt response as soon as the new component is available.
