Within a project, you can choose between different financing models in the "Financing" tab. The lease model assumes a continuous repayment of the loan through the payment of constant, regular amounts (lease instalment).
The calculation of the lease rate is based on standard formulas for the annuity loan. The initial debt, the interest rate and the term are specified by you directly in the project. The lease rate is calculated with the help of a sum formula based on this information. If the variant with consideration of operating costs was selected, the defined annual operating costs are added to the accruing lease instalments according to the selected payment interval (monthly / annually). Otherwise, the corresponding operating costs reduce the income generated by the PV system.
