Lead Manager: Comprehensive range of functions available
The Lead Manager can now assign leads from solar or heating calculators to single or multiple recipients (companies) according to predefined rules. The recipient can accept or reject this directly in the expert including reminder function.
DocuSign: Support of individual branding
Upon customer request, we now support individual branding in Docusign. This means that the customer interaction in the context of the electronic signature is implemented from start to finish according to the specifications stored in the branding file (in your Docusign account).
Furthermore, a dedicated API for updating projects is now available and minor issues have been fixed.
