    Release 6.50.1

    • K2 integration: Project > K2 Base: A project can now be exported from the Eturnity expert to K2 Base, edited in K2 Base and the bill of material of the mounting system imported back to the expert.
      Please note that this implementation is an MVP and we are constantly improving the functionalities. It is therefore possible that errors may still occur, please report these directly to our support team.

    • Flexible Partner System (FPS) > Partners > Dashboard: There are two new dashboards for the partner network owner directly integrated into the Expert software. These visualizations will enable owners to track the progress of each partner’s project submissions and compare them. 
      Partner Overview: Provides an overview list containing all created projects and information about the different partners (companies, license start, …)
      Project Overview: Provides a list of all projects created by each partner with detailed information (project reference, company name, location, project costs, …)
    • 3D Panel layout > Exact line length: If the edge of a roof or obstacle is selected, the lenght can be adjusted by entering a value in the input field in the toolbar.
    • Projects: In the project overview there are two new columns (Project marker and Project origin) available.

    • 3D Panel layout > Panelfield: If the main component template changes/is added for a PV panel component, all panelfields which have the same PV panel component display now the same main component template. The same behaviour is for main component templates of the mounting systems.
    • Price update in the library: The last price update (date & time) is displayed on each component with an enabled price update.

    • VAT over time: The centrally managed VAT rates cover now many periods (Settings > Finance). VAT is taken into account on the basis of the commissioning date. New periods for a country will be created by support. 
      When implementing a new period the project managers will get an e-mail with the affected projects. No project will be adjusted automatically, they get outdated and the user has to update the simulation manually.
    • 3D-Layouting > Panel field: The panel placement is per default Horizontal when the roof inclination is smaller than 5°.
    • 3D-Layouting > Line length : When drawing a roof, an obstacle and a panel field, the length is automatically displayed in the top bar. If an end point of the line is selected, the line length can be changed. Alternatively, a specific value can be entered in the numeric keypad while drawing, and the line length will then adopt this value.
    • Documents > File Manager: There is new a searchfield and a customized filter available. The columns can be arranged as desired and be displayed or hidden. The filter can be saved via Save view and is then also available to other users in the selection list.

    Release 6.42.0

    • Community solar configuration: It is now possible to choose the billing option flat-rate 80% (Photovoltaics > Community solar). With this calculation the revenue will be calculated 80% of the external electricity price.
    • Configurator: An explanatory infobox can now contain texts or images (<img/>, <svg/>).

    • 3D Panel layout > Panel field tool: New behavior when drawing a panel field:
      Double-click on the first point to fill the entire roof area with panels
      With only one click the desired panel field size can be drawn

    • Settings > Pages: You can now upload your own PDF pages that were created beforehand and assign them to technologies. These PDF pages are then available in your projects under Documents.
    • Photovoltaics > Electricity usage: There are now 7 more consumption profiles available that also take an air conditioner into account in the power consumption. (Only available in Expert)
    • 3D Panel layout: The side length of a roof and an obstacle is adjusted according to the inclination.
    • 3D Panel layout: With the button Panel opacity, the panels are now even more transparent.
    • 3D Panel layout > Panel Field: The panel field direction is adopted according to the roof when the panels are placed for the first time. If you then align the panels to an edge, a button Align panel direction towards the roof direction appears next to the field Panel field direction and the panels are again aligned to the direction of the roof.
    • 3D Panel layout: The same map material is used in the PDF documents as in the 3D Panel layout.

    • 3D Panel layout: The PV panel and the mounting system are preassigned in 3D layouting according to the project template.
    • 3D Panel layout: When changing the size or moving the panel field, the outline of the panels is displayed and overlapping of a panel into another panel field is possible.
    • 3D Panel layout: There is a new function to adjust the size of the panel field directly to the size of the panels:
      Button top right: Trim selected panel field

    • 3D Panel layout: Adopt panel direction from roof direction: The modules automatically adopt the direction of the roof.
    • 3D Panel layout: As soon as a new roof is drawn, it's directly selected and the sidebar is opened automatically.
    • 3D Panel layout: Improved saving behaviour of the layout when the tab is changed.

    Release 6.34.0

    • 3D-Layouting: The 3D Layouting is finally released.
      New projects, from the Expert and Calculator and via the Leadmanager and an external API, are now created as 3D project variants.
    • 3D-Layouting: For flat roofs (inclination between 0.0° - 10.0°) only two visualizations are shown on the PDF document "02a Visualisations 3D Layouting". The orthogonal view is omitted.

    Release 6.33.0

    • Double Opt-in (DOI) for calculators and configurators: It is now possible to activate a double opt-in for request emails at the company level. After a calculator request, the end customer receives an e-mail in advance in which he must give his consent to receive the request for the offer. Only after consent has been given will the offer be sent to the end customer.
      The consent given is anonymised according to the anonymisation settings.

    • Photovoltaic Geographical Information System (PVGIS): For the PV simulation, the data from version 5.2 are now used. The data of version 5.2 are better and more accurate than those of the previously used version 5.1.

    Release 6.32.0

    • Feed-in tariff for Germany: The export tariff is now weighted according to the power levels under Photovoltaics > Electricity tariffs. The calculated feed-in tariff is based on the feed-in tariff of the selected remuneration model.
    • Design project menu: The tabs Variants, Documents and Deal flow are now displayed on the left side under Initial situation.

    Release 6.31.0

    • 3D-Layouting: It is now possible to upload images and plans directly in 3D variants in Pro mode, to scale them and to use them for layouting. Images and plans that have already been saved in the file manager are also available.
    • 3D-Layouting: The opacity of the modules can be adjusted so that they are transparent. An icon to control the function has been added to the 3D layout toolbar.

    Release 6.30.0

    • Customized questions for calculators and configurator: It is now possible to store user-defined questions in your calculator or configurator for better lead qualification. Additional information about the customer project can be requested. The additional information is available in the webhook, in the request email and in the notes in the deal flow page.     • E-signature - Integration of Adobe Sign: Documents can now be forwarded to the customer and signed online using Adobe Sign.

    • 3D-Layouting: It is now possible to duplicate project variants as 3D variants.
      Please note that you do not delete the original legacy layouting project variant. A legacy variant can be duplicated to a 3D project variant, but not vice versa.
      For the 3D variant, the 3D panel layout and the Shading / snow losses tab are now displayed under Photovoltaics.

    • Document "02a Information part solar": In the standard document "02a Information part solar", a new main image is used for 3D project variants.
    • Document "02a Visualisations 3D Layouting": The standard document "02a Visualisations 3D Layouting" with three visualisations per roof of the 3D layout is now available.
      Each additional page of the document "02a Visualisations 3D Layouting" extends the PDF generation by 30 seconds. We will fix this problem in the next few weeks.
    • Webhooks: A new version of the webhooks is available (version 1.6). 3D project variants are now also taken into account. Please contact our support to activate the latest version for your company. However, the previous versions are still available.

    • Freely definable Technologies: You can now create your own technologies underSettings > Technologies and activate them in your projects. For example, plumbing work can be entered as a new technology and shown separately in a project in the bill of materials. You also have the option of processing the newly defined technology individually as a project and generating a PDF for it. 
      Only Other components or Recurring costs can be assigned to a freely definable technology. For freely definable technologies groups, collective positions, project templates and subsidies can be created.
    • Webhooks: A new version of the webhooks is available (version 1.4). This includes all necessary changes from the new feature Freely definable Technologies. Please contact our support to activate the latest version for your company. However, the previous versions are still available.
    • CSV exports: The freely definable technologies are taken into account for the project list export in the project overview and of a single project (via standard document). Furthermore, the component export in the library has been adapted and the freely definable technologies are also taken into account.
    • Technology Meter: The technology Meter has now been activated for customers with a community solar product. This is only relevant for customers in Switzerland.
    • Technology Battery storage: The existing technology Battery storage is now independent and can be activated independently from the technology Photovoltaics in your projects.

    • Discounts per collection: You can now store your discounts per collection. These will be taken into account in the price updates. You can define the discount per subscription via the context menu.

    • VAT adjustments for customer tax type business: The VAT rates for the customer tax type company are now available in the Settings. Using the new switch, you can determine yourself whether the VAT should be taken into account in the simulation or not. The VAT rates are always used for the display of the costs on the PDF and on the Project Analysis > Overview
    • Cerfa form for French customers:  The Cerfa form is now available. The corresponding PDF is available in the s standard documents in your projects and is automatically filled in with the corresponding project data.

    • Customise file names: It is now possible to adjust the file name in your projects under Documents > File Manager. You can edit and save the file name for generated and uploaded files in the context menu via Edit metadata.

    • VAT adjustments: The different VAT rates per customer tax type are now shown in a separate page under Settings. The corresponding customer tax type can be defined in the Project settings and the corresponding VAT rates are used for the simulation. To ensure the correct display of the various VAT rates on the PDFs, these have also been revised.
      Please note that the editing of the VAT rates in the settings is currently still deactivated, this will be adapted shortly.
