How do I maintain the library of main components I purchase from my wholesaler?

Eturnity ensures that the main components are maintained with the correct supplier number. The main components only need to be added once to your own library, so that they are then updated weekly regarding the price.

How do I maintain the library with other component I purchase from my wholesaler?

Please make sure that you define the supplier and the item number for Other components to be updated using the new function.
This means that for other components the supplier, i.e. Solarmarkt, as well as the article number must be entered manually. The correct article number must be found on the webshop of your desired wholesaler.
If the supplier as well as the correct article number is saved, the other component will also be updated weekly.

How can I check if a price update has been successful?

Once a week, after the price update has taken place, you will receive an email with a report in  Excel format. There will be sent one report per wholesaler you are connected with.
The "Report" column shows you the update per component:
- "Success": In this case, the component and its price have been successfully updated.
- "No Company Component Library found": In this case, the component is not yet available in your library.

You can also find out when the last update took place in the settings for each component. If no date is visible, the price of the component has never been updated.
