Open the relevant project variant in Expert.
Navigate to the Bexio tab within the left side menu.
Select the relevant variant and trigger the transfer by pressing the Create sales order in Bexio button. When transferring the project data to Bexio, the system checks whether this customer already exists in Bexio based on the customer name + address. If this is the case, the existing customer is used, otherwise a new customer is created. An order is then created for this customer based on the Expert parts list.
When the transfer is done, you will see an entry in the Transfer History. If the transfer was successful, you will see a link on the right-hand side of the table that you can use to open the sales order directly in Bexio.
