If you wish, you have the option of linking the products from your Bexio library directly to the newly created sales order. To do this, you have to add the component ID of the Bexio product to the corresponding product in the Expert library. If you do this, the corresponding components from the Bexio library will be used directly in the Bexio order. For products where there is no matching component ID, a simple text position is created.
Open the relevant product in Bexio.
Extract the component id from the URL. For example, the URL of the product is https://office.bexio.com/index.php/artikel/show/id/7 which shows that the component ID is 7.
Within Expert go to Library > Components and open the corresponding component.
On the Item number field, input the Bexio component ID which in the example is 7.
Repeat the steps for each product.
If you then trigger a transfer, these Bexio products are linked during document creation.
