What else is important to know?

    If you have already created a document in Bexio and start the transfer again, the result differs based on the status of the Bexio document.
    • If the status is "Deleted" or Cancelled", a new order will be created.
    • If the status is "Pending" or "Partially", the existing order will be updated.
    • If the status is "Done",  a warning message will be shown to update the status of the order in Bexio before doing the transfer.
    Note that only products with a quantity greater than 0 are transferred.

    You have the option to also transfer the sub-items to Bexio.
    1. On the Bill of Materials, navigate to a collective position and view the details.
    2. Enable the Show sub positions on PDF switch to include the sub-items in the transfer to Bexio.
