How to Upload Files to 3D Panel Layout (Overview)

    This feature is only available with an Eturnity full license (e.g. not available for partner licenses).  

    Introduction

    In 3D Panel Layout, you can upload two different file types: images and textured 3D models. In this article, we will describe both workflows. 

    To begin, click on the “File upload“ () button, which will open the “Overlay File Selection” window. There, textured 3D model files (.glb) or images can be uploaded via the upload box. (Already uploaded files will be visible and selectable in the File Manager section). Only one file can be uploaded and active at a time in the 3D Panel Layout. 

    The uploaded file will be shown in the generated PDF pages that contain the image of the 3D Panel Layout.  

    Important: If you have an editable 3D model (nodes and edges) drawn on the file, moving or rotating the file will move the editable 3D model with it.
