In Settings > Electronic Signature. There you can change default settings and add additional recipients for emails sent via DocuSign. Per default the project manager gets a copy of the email sent to the end customer and a notification when the end customer has signed the PDF.
Furthermore, the DocuSign user you have connected to the Eturnity Expert gets notified. This is handled in your DocuSign account and can be changed for each DocuSign user (Login to your DocuSign account with the connected user, click on ‘My preferences’ in user settings section in the top right corner, then go to ‘Signing and Sending’ > ‘Notifications’).
