What do the different states mean in the File Manager?

    There are several different states which the document sent via DocuSign can have:

    • sent: the document was sent via DocuSign. The receiver (end customer) has not yet taken any actions.

    • delivered: the end customer has reviewed the document but not completed signing

    • completed: the end customer has finished siging

    • voided: the documente was voided by the project manager

    • declined: the end customer declined the offer and refused to sign
